Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 20, 2026 · Last updated: October 20, 2026

Tinkerwick Games LLC ("Tinkerwick," "we," "us") makes gentle games for children. This policy explains what information our games and this website do — and do not — collect. It applies to all apps and web games published by Tinkerwick Games.

The short version

Our games are designed for children, and they are built to collect nothing. No accounts. No names. No locations. No photos. No recordings. No advertising in our current games. No analytics watching how your child plays. What happens in the game stays on your device.

Information we collect

We do not collect any personal information through our games. Specifically, our games:

Game progress, stickers, settings, and the grown-ups' session log are stored only on your device (in the app's or browser's local storage) and are never sent to us or anyone else. They are deleted when the app is deleted or browser storage is cleared.

This website and fonts

This website is a simple static site with no trackers, no cookies set by us, and no contact forms. Like most websites, it loads the Fredoka typeface from Google Fonts; when your browser fetches a font, Google receives the technical request (including your IP address) needed to deliver it, as with any web font. We do not receive or log that information. Our games make no network requests of their own beyond loading this typeface.

Information you send us directly

If a parent or guardian emails us for support, we receive the email address and whatever is in the message. We use it only to reply and resolve the question, and we do not add it to any marketing list, sell it, or share it. You may ask us to delete support emails at any time by writing to us at the address below.

Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our games are designed for children and comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Because our games do not collect personal information from anyone, including children, no parental consent for data collection is needed. If you believe a child has somehow provided us personal information (for example, inside a support email), contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of a game ever adds features that involve information — for example, child-safe advertising from a Google Play Families–certified network — we will update this policy before that version is released, describe exactly what changes, and update our Google Play Data Safety disclosure at the same time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
